These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Keystone Operations Group LLC ("Keystone", "we", "us", or "our"). By signing up for any service or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
Keystone Operations Group provides business automation and communication workflow services for service-based businesses. Services include but are not limited to automated communication flows, business process setups, software integrations, and reporting dashboards as described on our pricing page.
A one-time setup fee is charged at the time of signup: Starter $99 · Growth $159 · Enterprise $209. The setup fee covers the initial buildout of your automation system.
A recurring monthly fee is charged on the same date each month: Starter $297/mo · Growth $497/mo · Enterprise $697/mo. Your Monthly Support Plan keeps your automations active and includes free fixes for any issues that arise.
Any additional flows or add-ons requested after initial setup are charged at the rates listed on our pricing page and added as recurring line items to your monthly bill once activated.
Clients who sign up during the founding member period are locked into their rate for the lifetime of their account, provided their subscription remains active. Rates are not transferable.
Setup Fee: Non-refundable. Work begins immediately upon payment, and the setup fee covers the time and labor to build your system.
Monthly Support Plan: Non-refundable. There is no long-term contract — you may cancel at any time. Your service remains active through the end of the billing period already paid, and no further charges are made after cancellation.
Additional Flows: Non-refundable once the flow has been built and activated.
You may cancel your Monthly Support Plan at any time — no penalty, no notice period required. To cancel, email info@keystoneoperationsgroup.net. Upon cancellation, all active automations and flows will be deactivated, your account will be removed from our system, portal access will be removed, and data will be archived for 90 days then deleted. Founding member rates are honored upon return within 30 days of cancellation.
Keystone Operations Group will fix any automation or flow that stops functioning correctly at no additional charge, respond to support requests within 2 business days, and notify you when a fix has been applied. Support is provided via email only at info@keystoneoperationsgroup.net.
All automations, workflows, and system configurations built by Keystone Operations Group remain our intellectual property. Clients are licensing the use of these systems for the duration of their active subscription. Upon cancellation, access to all systems is revoked.
You agree to provide accurate onboarding information, ensure your business complies with applicable communication laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and applicable state laws), not use our systems for spam or unlawful communication, and keep your payment information current.
All sales are final once work has begun (setup fee) or once the billing period has started (monthly plan). In the event of a payment dispute, Keystone Operations Group will respond with documentation including the signed client agreement, intake form submission, and confirmation of flow activation. Clients are encouraged to contact us at info@keystoneoperationsgroup.net to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination.
Keystone Operations Group is not liable for lost revenue, results from automated communications, or third-party platform outages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Keystone in the 30 days preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Keystone Operations Group LLC operates an SMS messaging program to send transactional and promotional messages to users who have opted in. Message types include appointment confirmations, follow-up communications, service updates, and promotional offers.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@keystoneoperationsgroup.net.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 18 years or older to opt in to SMS communications.
